DIABOND No.808 One-Part Chloroprene Rubber Industrial Adhesive
DIABOND No.808 is a one-part chloroprene rubber-based solvent adhesive manufactured by NOGAWA CHEMICAL CO., LTD. It is designed for bonding a broad range of materials including metals, rubber, leather, wood, stone and building materials. The adhesive provides high initial bond strength and is easy to use in industrial assembly. After application and appropriate open time, the substrates can be joined quickly, helping reduce positioning and holding time. NOGAWA CHEMICAL also highlights its good water resistance, aging resistance and heat resistance. DIABOND No.808 is a yellowish-brown adhesive with a viscosity of approximately 3,000–8,000 mPa·s at 20°C, non-volatile content of approximately 31 ± 1.5%, tack-free time of 2–4 minutes, and bonding open time of approximately 20–30 minutes.
