Galden® D02 PFPE
Galden® D02 is a Galden® PFPE (perfluorinated polyether) electronic fluid launched by Syensqo. It is an inert insulating fluid used for electronic product testing. This product exhibits excellent dielectric properties, chemical stability, and thermal stability, maintaining stable performance under both low and high temperatures. It is mainly used for reliability testing of electronic components. It is also used for airtightness testing, coarse leakage detection, and reliability testing of electronic components, semiconductor packaging, and sealed electronic components, serving as an indicator medium for PFPE.
