Galden® D03 PFPE Electronic Testing Fluid
Galden® D03 is a high-boiling PFPE electronic testing fluid in the Galden® Electronic Fluids family. It offers excellent chemical inertness, electrical insulation and thermal stability for reliability testing of electronic components. In hermetic seal testing, electronic devices must be properly sealed to prevent moisture ingress and potential damage to electrical performance. Galden® PFPE fluids are particularly suitable because they are extremely inert and residue-free. D03 is mainly used as a high-boiling indicator fluid in leak-testing procedures. Galden® D03 is also used in thermal shock testing. With a typical boiling point of approximately 203°C and a pour point of approximately -85°C, it is suitable for demanding temperature-cycling test conditions.
