KYODO YUSHI FLUOTRIBO AR-P Low-Temperature Fluorinated Grease for Electrical Contacts
FLUOTRIBO AR-P is a fluorinated grease developed for electrical contacts by KYODO YUSHI. In automotive electrical systems, low-temperature operation can cause conventional grease viscosity to rise, which may contribute to contact chattering and unstable operation. AR-P uses a fluorinated oil with excellent temperature-viscosity characteristics to maintain reliable electrical continuity even at low temperatures. The product uses PFAE fluorinated synthetic oil as the base oil and PTFE as the thickener. This formulation provides excellent low-temperature torque characteristics together with high heat resistance and arc resistance. Compared with ordinary contact greases, FLUOTRIBO AR-P offers significantly better resistance to heat generated during manufacturing processes.
