Type: Fluorinated high-vacuum grease formulated with PFAE base oil and PTFE thickener, designed for lubrication and sealing in high-vacuum, high-temperature and strong chemical environments.

Key Features

Base Oil: High-purity PFAE with low vapor pressure, minimizing volatilization and contamination in vacuum conditions.

Thickener: PTFE with excellent chemical stability, which does not cause swelling of most rubbers and plastics, nor corrosion of metals.

Temperature Resistance: Continuous operating temperature range from -30℃ to 200℃, with a short-term maximum temperature of 250℃. It exhibits good oxidation resistance at high temperatures and no solidification at low temperatures.

Consistency: NLGI Grade 2 (Penetration approx. 300, tested to JIS K 2220 standard).

Chemical Resistance: Resistant to acids, alkalis, solvents and fuels, suitable for use in highly corrosive environments.

Material Compatibility: Excellent compatibility with PTFE and perfluoroelastomers; prolonged contact with silicone rubber and nitrile rubber should be avoided.

Applications

1. Vacuum Equipment: Lubrication and sealing of vacuum chambers, flanges, valves, vacuum pump bearings and shaft seals. Low vapor pressure ensures stable vacuum levels.

2. High-Temperature Working Conditions: Applicable to semiconductor and photovoltaic equipment, drying ovens, continuous casting machines and chemical reactors. It maintains stability for long-term use at 200℃ and can be used for short periods at 250℃.

3. Strong Chemical Environments: Suitable for chemical pumps, valves and corrosive sealing surfaces, providing reliable sealing with strong chemical resistance.
