DAIZO NICHIMOLY TRIBON LCOⅡ Ultra-High-Temperature Fluorinated Grease
DAIZO NICHIMOLY TRIBON LCOⅡ is a high-performance fluorinated grease based on fluorinated oil and thickened with PTFE. It provides good resistance to high temperatures, low temperatures, chemicals and oils, making it suitable for demanding applications where conventional mineral- or synthetic-oil greases may not perform adequately. The grease can be used over a temperature range of approximately -30°C to 250°C. At elevated temperatures, it shows low evaporation loss, limited softening and leakage, and low residue formation. It also provides good shear and oxidation stability at both ambient and high temperatures. TRIBON LCOⅡ also offers good chemical inertness and has limited effect on materials such as metals, resins and rubber. This makes it suitable for lubrication points exposed to chemicals in plating, coating and chemical-processing equipment.
