DAIZO NICHIMOLY DM-100 Molybdenum Disulfide Dry Film Lubricant
DAIZO NICHIMOLY DM-100 is a general-purpose dry film lubricant containing molybdenum disulfide as its primary solid lubricant. After application to a metal surface, it forms a dry lubricating film under room-temperature curing conditions and is suitable for sliding or contact areas where conventional oil or grease is difficult to use. The standard curing condition for DM-100 is room temperature for 24 hours. Once cured, the dry film provides lubrication without the tackiness associated with oil and grease, making it suitable for press-die guide pins, bolts, nuts and other parts requiring wear and seizure protection. The product has a gray-black appearance and uses molybdenum disulfide as the main solid lubricant. Technical lubricant references also list graphite as an additional solid component. Available package sizes include 1 kg and 4 kg, while the current manufacturer page also lists a 14 kg package.
