GALDEN HT110 Semiconductor Cooling Liquid
Galden® HT110 is a high-performance, electronic-grade heat transfer fluid in Syensqo’s (formerly Solvay’s) Galden® PFPE perfluoropolyether product range. It is an inert, electrically insulating thermal management fluid with excellent dielectric properties, thermal stability, and chemical inertness. With a boiling point of approximately 110°C, it can operate reliably across a wide temperature range and is suitable for both vapor-phase and liquid-phase thermal management systems. The product is designed for thermal management applications under demanding conditions and can maintain stable performance from approximately -100°C to elevated temperatures, while offering good material compatibility and long-term stability.
