Galden® HT135 PFPE
Galden® HT135 is a high-performance electronic-grade heat transfer fluid based on Galden® PFPE (perfluoropolyether), developed by Syensqo, formerly Solvay. It is an inert, electrically insulating thermal management fluid. The product offers excellent dielectric properties, thermal stability, and chemical inertness, enabling stable operation across a wide temperature range. With a boiling point of approximately 135°C, it is suitable for both vapor-phase and liquid-phase thermal management systems. It can maintain stable performance from temperatures as low as approximately -100°C through elevated-temperature conditions, making it suitable for thermal management and precision temperature-control applications in high-reliability industrial environments.
