Galden® HT200 PFPE
Galden® HT200 is a high-performance, electronic-grade heat transfer fluid in Syensqo’s (formerly Solvay’s) Galden® PFPE perfluoropolyether product range. It is an inert, electrically insulating thermal management fluid with excellent dielectric properties, chemical stability, and thermal stability. With a boiling point of approximately 200°C, it can operate reliably across a wide temperature range and is suitable for both vapor-phase and liquid-phase thermal management systems. The product is designed for industrial thermal management and electronic testing under high-temperature conditions, providing long-term stable performance in demanding environments, particularly in semiconductor manufacturing and high-end industrial equipment.
