Galden® HT70 PFPE
Galden® HT70 is an electronic-grade PFPE perfluoropolyether heat transfer fluid developed by Syensqo (formerly Solvay). It is a high-performance, inert, electrically insulating thermal management fluid with excellent dielectric properties, chemical stability, and thermal stability. The product maintains stable physical and electrical performance across a wide temperature range, from low-temperature to elevated-temperature conditions. With a boiling point of approximately 70°C, it is suitable for both vapor-phase and liquid-phase thermal management systems. It is primarily used for thermal testing and reliability verification of semiconductors, electronic components, and precision equipment, including chip burn-in testing, temperature-control systems, and immersion cooling applications.
