GALDEN HT 80 Perfluoropolyether
Galden® HT80 is a high-performance, electronic-grade heat transfer fluid in Syensqo’s (formerly Solvay’s) Galden® PFPE perfluoropolyether product range. It is an inert, electrically insulating thermal management fluid with excellent dielectric properties, thermal stability, and chemical inertness. With a boiling point of approximately 80°C, it can operate reliably across a wide temperature range and is suitable for both vapor-phase and liquid-phase thermal management systems. The product is primarily used for thermal testing and reliability verification in semiconductor manufacturing, electronic components, and high-end industrial equipment, including chip burn-in testing, temperature-control systems, and immersion cooling applications.
