NOK Klüber NOXLUB KF 0921 Wide-Temperature PFPE/PTFE Fluorinated Grease
NOXLUB KF 0921 is a high-performance fully synthetic fluorinated grease from NOK Klüber, based on PFPE perfluoropolyether oil with a PTFE thickener. It is white in appearance and has an NLGI grade of 2. Klüber describes it as a high-temperature, long-term grease with very good low-temperature properties. A major advantage of KF 0921 is its wide service temperature range. It remains suitable for lubrication at temperatures as low as -65°C, while its upper operating temperature reaches 220°C. Its low-temperature torque characteristics make it suitable for small actuators and automotive electrical mechanisms where excessive drive resistance must be avoided. The grease also offers very good resistance to chemicals, solvents and fuels, together with high oxidation stability, good wear resistance and corrosion protection. NOK Klüber additionally states that it can be used with many rubber and plastic materials.
