NOK Klüber NOXLUB TL 1013 Low-Noise Wear-Resistant Grease for Plastic Gears
NOXLUB TL 1013 is a specialty grease for plastic components developed by NOK Klüber. It is designed primarily for plastic gears and moving parts where low friction, wear protection and noise reduction are required. The product uses a synthetic hydrocarbon base oil with a lithium-soap thickener, has a violet appearance and an NLGI grade of 1. The grease can be used with many types of rubber and plastic and provides excellent wear protection on plastic friction pairs. In NOK testing using POM components, TL 1013 showed a lower and more stable coefficient of friction than the comparison product, indicating reduced friction, wear suppression and potential for longer plastic-component life. NOXLUB TL 1013 also provides particularly strong noise-dampening performance, making it well suited to office equipment, automotive electrical mechanisms and other plastic gear systems where quiet operation is important. Its violet color makes it easy to visually check where the grease has been applied.
