NOK Klüber SYNTHESO HT 220 Synthetic High-Temperature Long-Life Gear and Bearing Oil
SYNTHESO HT 220 is a synthetic lubricating oil for gears and bearings from NOK Klüber. It is based on glycol oil and is designed for high-temperature, heavily loaded and long-term industrial lubrication applications. The product offers excellent heat resistance and long service life, together with a high viscosity index that helps minimize viscosity changes as temperature varies. Its low friction characteristics also help reduce operating temperature and improve lubrication efficiency. SYNTHESO HT 220 has a base-oil kinematic viscosity of approximately 215 mm²/s at 40°C, a light-yellow appearance and a recommended service temperature range of approximately -40°C to 150°C. Compared with SYNTHESO HT 150, the higher viscosity of HT 220 makes it better suited to applications requiring a thicker lubricating film.
