NOK Klüber NOXLUB BF 2325 PFPE/PTFE High-Temperature Long-Life Grease
NOXLUB BF 2325 is a high-performance PFPE/PTFE high-temperature grease formulated with perfluoropolyether (PFPE) base oil and a polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) thickener. It was developed especially for the demanding lubrication conditions of corrugating rolls in the corrugated-board industry. The grease provides good high-temperature and evaporation stability, helping maintain a reliable lubricant film during continuous heat exposure. Available product information also highlights strong resistance to many chemical media, solvents and oils. BF 2325 is a white homogeneous grease with a density of approximately 1.95 g/cm³ at 20°C and an NLGI grade of 2. Typical base-oil kinematic viscosity is approximately 230 mm²/s at 40°C and 24 mm²/s at 100°C, with an operating temperature range of approximately -30°C to 220°C.
