Klüber Klübersynth GH 6-320 Synthetic High-Performance Gear and High-Temperature Oil
Klübersynth GH 6-320 is a synthetic high-performance gear and high-temperature oil from Klüber Lubrication. It is based on polyglycol and incorporates KlüberComp Lube Technology to meet the increasing power density and performance requirements of modern gear systems. The Klübersynth GH 6 series clearly exceeds the requirements of DIN 51517-3 CLP gear oils. For ISO VG 220 and higher viscosity grades, it provides scuffing load capacity at API GL-5 level, helping protect gears under extremely high peak loads, vibration and oscillating conditions. The product also provides excellent wear protection for both gears and rolling bearings and achieves a high micropitting resistance rating of GFT ≥10 according to FVA 54/7. Its excellent ageing and oxidation resistance enables significantly longer lubricant life than mineral-oil-based products, helping extend service intervals and reduce maintenance costs.
