NOK Klüber BARRIERTA JFE 550 High-Temperature Long-Life Fluorinated Grease
BARRIERTA JFE 550 is a high-temperature, long-life fluorinated grease from NOK Klüber. It uses a fluorinated base oil with a PTFE thickener, has a white appearance and a consistency grade of 0. The grease offers excellent heat resistance and is recommended for service from approximately -40°C to 260°C. Typical applications include drying ovens, firing-furnace conveyors, film tenters, packaging machinery, office equipment and automotive components. BARRIERTA JFE 550 also provides excellent resistance to many chemicals, solvents and fuels and can be used with many rubber and plastic materials. Its base oil has a vapor pressure of approximately 2.0×10⁻⁸ Pa at 20°C, making it suitable for applications where low evaporation and long-term stability are important.
