Klüber Klübersynth GH 6-220 Synthetic High-Performance Gear and High-Temperature Oil
Klübersynth GH 6-220 is a synthetic high-performance gear and high-temperature oil from Klüber Lubrication. It is based on polyglycol and was developed to meet the increasing power density and performance requirements of modern gear systems. The product incorporates KlüberComp Lube Technology, combining high-grade raw materials with advanced additives for enhanced lubrication of gear components. The Klübersynth GH 6 series clearly exceeds the requirements for CLP gear oils according to DIN 51517-3. Subject to the general application instructions, suitable gear systems using CLP lubricants may be converted to Klübersynth GH 6. For ISO VG 220 and higher grades, the series provides a high scuffing load capacity corresponding to API GL-5. This helps protect gears even under very high peak loads, vibration, oscillation or applications where no running-in procedure has been performed. Its excellent wear protection for both gears and rolling bearings also contributes to longer component life and reduced maintenance costs.
