NOK Klüber NOXLUB KF 2026 High-Vacuum High-Temperature Fluorinated Grease
NOXLUB KF 2026 is a fluorinated grease for vacuum and semiconductor equipment from NOK Klüber. It uses a fluorinated base oil with a PTFE thickener, has a white appearance and an NLGI grade of 2. One of its key characteristics is its extremely low vapor pressure. According to NOK Klüber, the base oil has a vapor pressure of approximately 3.0×10⁻⁹ Pa at 20°C, resulting in very low oil evaporation even under high-vacuum conditions. This makes it suitable for vacuum pumps, vacuum deposition systems and continuous vacuum coating equipment. NOXLUB KF 2026 also provides excellent heat resistance, with a recommended service temperature range of -50°C to 260°C. It can be used with many rubber and plastic materials and is also suitable for machinery exposed to chemicals, solvents and fuels. The product complies with relevant REACH restrictions on PFOA.
