CEMEDINE 3000RS Medium-Viscosity Instant Adhesive
CEMEDINE 3000RS is a standard-grade instant adhesive in the CEMEDINE 3000 Series. The 3000 Series is based on cyanoacrylate chemistry and cures rapidly through polymerization initiated by small amounts of moisture present on the adherend surface. Initial fixing can generally be achieved within seconds at room temperature. 3000RS has a viscosity of approximately 100 mPa·s, providing better flow control than very low-viscosity grades while retaining good wetting ability. CEMEDINE’s series data classifies 3000RS as a standard type, with a set time of approximately 15 seconds. The CEMEDINE 3000 Series offers fast curing, broad adhesion, simple one-part application and a solvent-free formulation with low curing shrinkage. Typical applications include rubber parts, electrical and electronic components, precision parts, automotive components, crafts, toys and fishing equipment.
