CEMEDINE HM622-10 High-Tack Hot Melt Pressure-Sensitive Adhesive
CEMEDINE HM622-10 is a hot melt pressure-sensitive adhesive in the CEMEDINE HM Series. It is specifically positioned as a high-tack adhesive for packaging tape applications. The product is based on synthetic rubber and is supplied as a light-yellow block at room temperature. It is a 100% solids, solvent-free hot melt adhesive that is heated to a molten state for coating and then forms a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer after cooling. HM622-10 provides strong tack and good holding power for packaging tape and related pressure-sensitive applications. CEMEDINE’s current industrial catalog lists a softening point of approximately 118°C, melt viscosity of approximately 30,000 mPa·s at 160°C, and adhesive strength of approximately 3.4 N/10mm.
