CEMEDINE Y618LD is a second-generation acrylic structural adhesive (SGA) in the Metal Lock series, specifically classified as a flexible / low-distortion grade. CEMEDINE recommends this type for applications such as bonding reinforcement steel to thin steel panels and bonding metal to magnets in speaker magnetic assemblies. Y618LD combines structural bonding strength with flexibility, helping reduce distortion in thin panels and assemblies sensitive to thermal stress or dimensional change. This makes it particularly suitable where appearance quality and reduced warpage are important. Both Part A and Part B have a viscosity of 5,000 mPa·s at 23°C, with a standard mixing ratio of 1:1. At 23°C, the pot life is approximately 2 minutes and the set time is approximately 7 minutes.
