CEMEDINE Y630D Metal Lock High-Strength High-Heat-Resistance Second-Generation Acrylic Structural Adhesive
CEMEDINE Y630D is a second-generation acrylic structural adhesive (SGA) in the Metal Lock flexible-type series. Although it is grouped with Y618LD and Y618H as a flexible-series product, CEMEDINE specifically identifies Y630D as a high-strength / high-heat-resistance grade. Y630D uses a two-component acrylic resin system mixed at a 1:1 ratio. Both Part A and Part B have a viscosity of approximately 4,000 mPa·s at 23°C. At 23°C, the pot life is approximately 1 min 30 sec, and the set time is approximately 4 min 30 sec, making it suitable for fast industrial assembly. The adhesive provides a tensile shear strength of approximately 25.3 MPa, a T-peel strength of approximately 4.6 N/mm, and a glass transition temperature of approximately 118°C. Its cured hardness is Shore D 83, with an elastic modulus of approximately 2414 MPa and breaking strength of approximately 32.1 MPa.
