Momentive TSE326M One-Component Heat-Curing Heat-Resistant Liquid Silicone Rubber 1 kg / 5 kg
TSE326M is a one-component heat-curing, heat-resistant adhesive liquid silicone rubber from Momentive. Before curing, it is a reddish-brown flowable liquid. After heating, it cures into a rubber-like material and bonds to a variety of substrates. The product provides good adhesion to metals, plastics, ceramics and glass, making it suitable for bonding, sealing and coating applications in heat-exposed industrial components. Typical curing schedules include 120°C for 3 hours, 150°C for 1.5 hours, and 200°C for 0.5 hour. Actual curing time may vary depending on the thermal mass of the workpiece and the performance of the heating equipment.

Fast Heat Curing:Cures and bonds when heated, with a typical curing condition of 200°C for 0.5 hour.
Excellent Heat Resistance:Heat resistance is one of the main product features, and the data sheet includes long-term performance data at 250°C.
Adhesion to Multiple Substrates:Bonds well to aluminum, copper, brass, stainless steel, nickel plating, PPS, PBT, epoxy resin, polyester, glass, ceramics and heat-vulcanized silicone rubber.
Electrical Insulation:Provides a volume resistivity of 2.0×10¹⁵ Ω·cm and dielectric strength of 22 kV/mm after curing.
Flexible Rubber-Like Cured Material:Typical cured properties include Shore A 38 hardness, 2.9 MPa tensile strength and 180% elongation at break.
