Shin-Etsu KS-63W Silicone Oil Compound for Electrical Insulation and Sealing
KS-63W is a general-purpose silicone oil compound for electrical insulation and sealing from Shin-Etsu Silicone. It has a white grease-like appearance and provides excellent electrical properties, water repellency and chemical stability, making it particularly suitable for electrical and electronic equipment. The product maintains stable performance over a wide temperature range from -50°C to 200°C. Its typical worked consistency at 25°C is approximately 225, with a specific gravity of about 1.02. KS-63W also offers high volume resistivity and low dielectric loss, supporting insulation, moisture protection and leakage prevention in electronic assemblies. Its low-molecular-weight silicone content ΣD3–D10 is controlled to 100 ppm or less.
