Shin-Etsu Pure Sealant S High Cleanliness RTV Silicone Sealant
Shin-Etsu Pure Sealant S is a one-component room-temperature curing silicone sealing material developed for applications requiring high cleanliness. It reacts with moisture in the air and cures at room temperature to form an elastic sealing material with excellent adhesion. Pure Sealant S-type is an acetone-type RTV silicone sealant designed for sealing clean room joints and airtight sealing around air filters in semiconductor manufacturing and precision electronic material production environments. The product features extremely low low-molecular-weight siloxane emission, helping reduce molecular contamination risks in clean manufacturing environments. The cured product shows approximately 40 ppm low-molecular-weight siloxane content. Pure Sealant S is a one-component material that can be directly applied from cartridges without mixing. It provides excellent durability, heat resistance, weather resistance and adhesion to various substrates.
