Shin-Etsu KE-4897W-100 Low Molecular Siloxane Reduced RTV Silicone Sealant
Shin-Etsu KE-4897W-100 is a low molecular siloxane reduced RTV silicone sealant developed by Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd. It is designed for electrical and electronic applications where reduced low molecular siloxane content is required to minimize potential effects on electronic components while maintaining excellent silicone durability and sealing performance. KE-4897W-100 is a high-viscosity one-component RTV silicone rubber. It can be applied directly without mixing and cures with atmospheric moisture to form an elastic silicone rubber sealing layer. The product provides low corrosion, low odor and excellent stress crack resistance, making it suitable for general electrical sealing applications. The product is white in color, mainly composed of silicone, and has an operating temperature range of -40°C to 180°C. It is supplied in a 100g tube package.
