Shin-Etsu KS-660 Conductive Black Silicone Grease
Shin-Etsu KS-660 is a conductive grease/oil compound manufactured by Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd. The official SDS identifies its recommended use as “Grease / Oil Compound – Conductive Use” and specifies it for general industrial applications. KS-660 is a black paste-like solid with no noticeable odor and a density of approximately 1.04 at 25°C. It is a silicone mixture containing approximately 10–20% carbon black, which is an important component of the conductive formulation, together with approximately 0.3–1.0% organobentonite. The product is chemically stable under normal conditions of use, storage and transport. It is insoluble in water and has a flash point above 100°C
