SUNICE SL-68S ISO VG 68 POE Synthetic Refrigeration Oil
SUNICE SL-68S is a polyolester (POE) synthetic refrigeration oil developed by Japan Sun Oil Company for refrigeration and air-conditioning compressors using HFC and HFO refrigerants. The SUNICE SL series is positioned as a high-quality synthetic refrigeration lubricant for modern HFC/HFO systems. SL-68S is an ISO VG 68 grade with a typical kinematic viscosity of approximately 66.6 mm²/s at 40°C and 8.2 mm²/s at 100°C. Its typical pour point is approximately -40°C, while its flash point is approximately 254°C COC. The product offers excellent hydrolytic stability, thermal stability, lubricity and electrical insulating properties, helping support stable compressor operation and longer equipment life. Japan Sun Oil also notes excellent miscibility and compatibility with HFC refrigerants including R134a, R404A, R407C, R410A and R507A.
