SUNICE 5GS ISO VG 100 Naphthenic Mineral Refrigeration Oil
SUNICE 5GS is a premium mineral refrigeration oil in the GS series from Japan Sun Oil Company. The former SUNISO GS series was renamed SUNICE GS from 2026, with no change to the product itself. The oil is manufactured from carefully selected naphthenic crude oil using a special refining process to provide good lubricity, thermal stability and chemical stability. SUNICE 5GS is an ISO VG 100 grade with a typical kinematic viscosity of approximately 96.5 mm²/s at 40°C. It is suitable for a wide range of refrigeration compressors and performs well with HCFC and natural refrigerants over a variety of compressor and evaporating-temperature conditions.
