KONISHI FB300ZW Modified Silicone Resin Elastic Adhesive
KONISHI FB300ZW is a modified silicone resin elastic adhesive developed by KONISHI. It is a one-component room-temperature curing adhesive that requires no mixing before application. After curing, it forms an elastic bonding layer capable of absorbing stress caused by differences in thermal expansion between materials. The product is a flame-retardant elastic adhesive designed for bonding and filling electrical and electronic components. It does not use halogen, phosphorus or antimony-based flame retardants, and does not contain the six RoHS restricted substances. It also reduces low molecular cyclic siloxanes that may cause contact problems in electronic components. FB300ZW provides good adhesion to rigid plastics such as polycarbonate (PC) and ABS resin, as well as metal materials. It is suitable for components exposed to impact, vibration and thermal cycling.
