SX7700 High Heat Resistant Elastic Adhesive
CEMEDINE SX7700 is a highly heat-resistant elastic adhesive designed for bonding applications exposed to elevated temperatures and harsh thermal environments. It provides stable adhesion performance at temperatures of up to approximately 150°C.SX7700 offers good adhesion to a variety of substrates, including engineering plastics such as PA6 and PC, as well as SPCC steel. It contains no low-molecular-weight siloxane compounds that may cause electrical contact failure, making it particularly suitable for electronic, electrical and precision industrial applications.Its solvent-free formulation reduces solvent-related emissions during application. After curing, the adhesive forms an elastic bond layer capable of accommodating vibration, mechanical stress and thermal expansion between different substrates, helping improve bonding reliability under high-temperature conditions.
