CEMEDINE High Super 30 CA-193 is a two-component epoxy adhesive developed by CEMEDINE CO., LTD. It consists of a base resin (Part A) and a hardener (Part B). After mixing, the two components undergo a chemical curing reaction to form a strong and stable adhesive layer.
The product provides fast curing, high bonding strength, heat resistance, water resistance and excellent chemical resistance. It is suitable for bonding various materials including metals, ceramics, plastics, rubber and composite materials.
According to the CA-193 inspection report, the product is supplied as an 80g set. The base resin is a pink translucent paste and the hardener is a milky white translucent paste. The viscosity at 23℃ is 62.5 Pa·s for Part A and 168 Pa·s for Part B. The gel time is approximately 30 minutes and the set time is approximately 35 minutes.
