CEMEDINE POS SM-447 Sealant for decoration

CEMEDINE POS SM-447 is a low-modulus elastic sealant designed for interior and exterior construction sealing applications. It offers good paintability, workability, weather resistance and low shrinkage after curing.

The product is suitable for a wide variety of building joints and penetration sealing applications, including exterior walls, window frames, concrete joints, expansion joints, profiled steel sheet joints, roofing, wall panels and sheet-metal sections. It can also be used for interior partitions, decorative joints, ventilation ducts and water-pipe penetrations.

After curing, SM-447 retains flexibility and can accommodate joint movement caused by temperature changes, vibration and substrate displacement. Its good weather resistance and low-odor characteristics make it suitable for long-term indoor and outdoor sealing applications.
