KYK LLC [JIS] is a long-life automotive engine coolant manufactured by KOGA Chemical Mfg. Co., Ltd. It is designed to prevent coolant freezing during winter and help prevent engine overheating during summer, while providing long-term service in automotive cooling systems. The coolant uses a carefully selected corrosion-inhibitor system to protect common cooling-system metals including iron, aluminum, copper and brass from rust and corrosion. Its corrosion inhibitor system is amine-free, avoiding amine ingredients that may form potentially carcinogenic substances. The coolant is intended to be diluted with water according to local minimum temperatures, with a recommended concentration range of 30% to 60%.
