KYODO YUSHI Fluotribo MS Ultra-High-Temperature Chemical-Resistant Fluorinated Grease
Fluotribo MS is an ultra-high-temperature fluorinated grease developed by KYODO YUSHI for use in severe environments involving heat, acids and solvents. It uses a carefully selected high-viscosity-grade PFAE fluorinated synthetic oil as the base oil and PTFE as the thickener. Because the base oil has a high viscosity index, its viscosity changes relatively little with temperature, helping the grease maintain stable lubrication at elevated temperatures. KYODO YUSHI’s official product overview specifically describes Fluotribo MS as an ultra-high-temperature grease capable of hydrodynamic lubrication at 250°C. The product also provides excellent oxidation resistance for long service life. PTFE functions as a solid lubricant and provides strong friction- and wear-resistant performance, maintaining good lubricity at temperatures around 200°C.
