KYODO YUSHI Emalube L High-Temperature Urea Grease for Centralized Lubrication
Emalube L is a high-temperature urea grease from KYODO YUSHI. It uses a high-viscosity refined mineral oil as the base oil together with a urea thickener and is designed especially for centralized lubrication systems exposed to severe heat. The product provides excellent heat resistance, water resistance and rust prevention. Under water-contaminated conditions, the grease resists shear-induced softening and maintains stable lubrication performance. It also provides strong rust protection in environments exposed to water.
Product Details
Product Features
Excellent Heat Resistance:The urea thickener helps extend grease life under high-temperature conditions.
Good Water Resistance:Maintains stable consistency under wet conditions without excessive softening from shear.
Excellent Rust Protection:Provides reliable rust prevention even in water-exposed environments.
Suitable for Centralized Lubrication:Designed for reliable use in centralized grease-supply systems.
Reduced Risk of Pipe Blockage:The urea system is designed not to generate polymerized deposits that could clog lubrication lines at high temperatures.
Suitable for Low-Speed, Heavy-Load Bearings:Especially suitable for continuous-casting bearings operating under low-speed and high-load conditions.
Product Applications
Continuous Casting Equipment:For bearings and lubrication points in continuous casting machinery.
Heating Furnaces:For lubrication points exposed to sustained high temperatures.
Steel-Mill Centralized Lubrication Systems:Suitable for high-temperature, wet, low-speed and heavy-load lubrication systems.
General Industrial Machinery:For other industrial equipment requiring heat resistance, water resistance and rust protection.
