KYODO YUSHI Fluotribo MH High-Temperature Rust-Preventive Long-Life Fluorinated Grease
Fluotribo MH is a high-temperature fluorinated grease developed by KYODO YUSHI for bearings and sliding parts operating in severe thermal environments. It uses PFAE fluorinated oil as the base oil and PTFE as the thickener. KYODO YUSHI specifically identifies Fluotribo MH as the rust-prevention-enhanced version of Fluotribo MS. This gives MH the high-temperature and long-life characteristics of the MS grade while adding stronger rust protection for bearing applications. The product uses a high-viscosity-index base oil, so viscosity changes relatively little with temperature. It is recommended for service from -30°C to 250°C and maintains good lubricity around 200°C.
Product Details
Product Features
Excellent Heat Resistance:The high-viscosity-index PFAE base oil provides stable lubrication under elevated temperatures.
Long Service Life:Outstanding oxidation resistance minimizes degradation and supports long-term operation with reduced relubrication.
Enhanced Rust Prevention:Fluotribo MH is specifically designed as the rust-prevention-enhanced version of Fluotribo MS.
Good Lubricity:PTFE provides solid-lubricant properties, helping reduce friction and wear even around 200°C.
Oil and Chemical Resistance:Resistant to acids, alkalis, oils and chemicals.
Product Applications
High-Temperature Bearings:For bearings operating from -30°C to 250°C.
Corrugator Machine Bearings:Recommended for high-temperature bearings in corrugating machinery.
Drying Oven Conveyor Systems:For lubrication points such as overhead trolley systems in drying ovens.
Chemical Plant Equipment:Suitable for machinery exposed to chemicals and solvents.
