SUMICO MFG-35 High-Temperature Long-Life Fluorinated Grease for Mold Ejector Pins and Slide Cores
MFG-35 is a high-temperature long-life mold grease developed by SUMICO for sliding parts in molding-machine dies, particularly ejector pins and slide cores. It is designed to maintain stable lubrication on mold components exposed to elevated temperatures and repeated sliding motion. The product is a high-viscosity base-oil type. SUMICO specifically recommends MFG-35 when wear or seizure occurs with MFG-15, or when users want to extend the maintenance and relubrication interval even further. MFG-35 is based on synthetic oil and PTFE, is white in appearance, and has an NLGI grade of 2. Its recommended operating temperature range is approximately -20°C to 250°C. It can also be used in other ultra-high-temperature sliding applications exposed to conductive or radiant heat.
