SUMICO Molydry Spray 5510 Molybdenum Disulfide Dry Lubricant Spray
Molydry Spray 5510 is a molybdenum disulfide dry film lubricant spray developed by Sumico Lubricant Co., Ltd. The SDS identifies the product as “Molydry Spray 5510” with product number 1216. The product uses molybdenum disulfide (MoS₂) and graphite as solid lubricating components. After spraying, the solvent evaporates and the solid lubricant forms a dry lubricating film on the surface, reducing friction and improving sliding performance. According to the SDS composition data, molybdenum disulfide content is approximately 5–10 wt%, graphite content is approximately 1–5 wt%, together with propellant gases and solvent components such as butane, propane, cyclohexane and xylene. The product appears as a gray-black liquid with solvent odor. Its density is approximately 0.97 g/cm³, and the flash point is approximately -20℃.
