SUMICO Sumitec F950 Wide-Temperature Long-Life PFPE/PTFE Fluorinated Grease
Sumitec F950 is a high-performance fluorinated grease from SUMICO. It uses a PFPE fluorinated base oil with a PTFE thickener. Thanks to the high chemical stability of the fluorinated base oil, the grease shows low oxidation degradation and low evaporation, helping maintain stable lubrication over long service periods. The grease also provides good load-carrying performance through the combination of PTFE and other solid lubricating components with the fluorinated oil. Because the base oil shows relatively little viscosity change with temperature, Sumitec F950 can be used over a wide range from -50°C to 250°C. Its low base-oil vapor pressure also makes it suitable for vacuum and clean-room applications. In addition, it can be used in environments exposed to chemicals or solvents and is suitable for lubrication of plastic and rubber components.
