SUMICO MOLY PASTE AS-S High-Temperature Anti-Seize Lubricating Paste
MOLY PASTE AS-S is a high-temperature anti-seize lubricating paste from SUMICO / Sumico Lubricant. It contains a high concentration of solid lubricating components designed to reduce seizure, galling and wear under severe load and temperature conditions. SUMICO positions the product for anti-seize protection, assembly lubrication, running-in lubrication and ultra-high-temperature lubrication. When applied as a thin film during machine assembly or bolt tightening, the solid lubricants help provide load-carrying and friction-reducing performance, helping prevent seizure and galling over extended periods. It is also suitable for high-temperature, humid and chemically aggressive environments.

High-Temperature Anti-Seize Protection:Suitable for anti-seize applications at temperatures up to approximately 800°C.
High Load-Carrying Lubrication:Solid lubricants help reduce friction and wear under heavily loaded contact conditions.
Resistance to Severe Environments:Helps prevent wear, stick-slip and seizure under high-temperature, humid and chemically aggressive conditions.
Suitable for Running Lubrication:Unlike the standard AS grade, AS-S is specifically designed so that it can also be used for operating lubrication.
Solid Lubricant System:The current SDS lists molybdenum disulfide, graphite, copper and tin, together with a bentonite thickening system.

Chemical and Corrosive Environments:For equipment exposed to humidity or chemically aggressive atmospheres where conventional lubricants may be insufficient.
