Idemitsu NTG AY CLEAN A-78L High-Purity Hydrocarbon Industrial Cleaner
AY CLEAN A-78L is a hydrocarbon-based industrial cleaner developed by Idemitsu NTG. It is formulated with highly refined, high-purity paraffinic and naphthenic hydrocarbons and has an extremely low viscosity. Compared with kerosene of similar viscosity, it provides lower odor, a higher flash point and lower irritation, making it suitable for removing oil contamination from metal parts after machining and heat treatment. The product is colorless and transparent, with a kinematic viscosity of approximately 1.64 mm²/s at 40°C, a pour point of ≤-60°C and a representative flash point of 79°C. Its low viscosity provides good flow and penetration into narrow gaps and complex mechanical components.
