NIGACE SYU No.2 is an industrial grease containing solid lubricants, manufactured by Idemitsu NTG Co., Ltd. It uses synthetic oil and refined mineral oil as base oils, a urea-based thickener, and additives including anti-wear agents, antioxidants and rust inhibitors. It is designed for bearing lubrication under elevated temperatures and relatively heavy loads. The grease provides good wear resistance and thermal stability. Its urea-based thickener supports lubrication performance at elevated temperatures. The product also features a high dropping point and a low tendency toward oil separation at high temperatures, making it suitable for bearings in steel production equipment and other industrial machinery.
