Idemitsu NTG NIGLUBE PG Synthetic Low-Temperature Grease for Plastic Gears
NIGLUBE PG is a special low-temperature grease for resin and rubber components from Idemitsu NTG. It uses a synthetic base oil with a lithium-soap thickener and is specifically intended for plastic gears and lubrication in low-temperature environments. The product provides excellent resin resistance and rubber compatibility, making it suitable for locations where conventional lubricants may adversely affect plastic or elastomer components. Its synthetic base oil also supports stable lubrication at low temperatures. NIGLUBE PG has a recommended operating temperature range of -40°C to +130°C. Idemitsu NTG also offers NIGLUBE PG-M, which has similar basic properties but enhanced adhesion, while PG is the standard grade.
