Nigk Corporation Thermo Paint No.20 Temperature-Monitoring Paint
Thermo Paint No.20 is a temperature-management coating manufactured by Nichiyu Giken Kogyo Co., Ltd. It is intended for machinery, industrial components and selected test areas where temperature conditions need to be monitored. The product is supplied as a pale yellow-orange liquid coating formulated with pigments, resin and organic solvents. The formulation contains a hexaamminecobalt(III) phosphate complex, pigments, resin and organic solvents such as toluene, xylene and ethylbenzene. The product has a density of approximately 1.1, is poorly soluble in water and soluble in organic solvents, making it suitable for localized coating on equipment and components. Thermo Paint No.20 is a solvent-based industrial coating. Adequate ventilation is required during use, and the product should be kept away from heat, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources.
