Thermo Paint No.41 is a temperature-management coating manufactured by Nichiyu Giken Kogyo Co., Ltd. It is intended for machinery, industrial components and selected test areas where temperature conditions need to be monitored. The product is supplied as a blue liquid coating formulated with pigments, resin and organic solvents. The product is a blue liquid with an organic-solvent odor, a density of approximately 1.1, poor solubility in water and solubility in organic solvents. Its liquid form allows application to selected areas of machinery and components. As a solvent-based temperature-monitoring coating, it should be used with adequate ventilation and kept away from sparks, open flames, heat and other ignition sources.
