ThreeBond TB5222 Modified Silicone Adhesive Sealant
ThreeBond TB5222 is a series of modified silicone sealants including 5222J, 5222L, 5222M and 5222N. The series is designed for industrial bonding, caulking and sealing applications. It cures by reacting with moisture in the air and forms a flexible rubber-like material after curing. The TB5222 series provides good adhesion to various substrates and maintains stable rubber elasticity over a temperature range of -40°C to 100°C. It is also paintable, making it suitable for construction, civil engineering, general machinery, automotive and electrical/electronic applications. The main component is modified silicone and the representative viscosity is approximately 450 Pa·s. Different grades are available mainly for color selection: 5222J is black, 5222L is gray, 5222M is white and 5222N is ivory.
