DAIKIN LUBMAX UNI RESERVOIR DL-1 (GKL-1-50) Lithium EP Grease Cartridge for Centralized Lubrication Systems
UNI RESERVOIR DL-1 (GKL-1-50) is a 500 cm³ bellows-type grease cartridge designed for DAIKIN LUBMAX centralized lubrication systems. In DAIKIN documentation, the model is shown as GKL-1-050, where the “1” corresponds to NLGI No.1 grease. The grease inside is KYODO YUSHI UNILUBE DL No.1. UNILUBE DL No.1 is an extreme-pressure multipurpose grease formulated with refined mineral oil and a lithium-soap thickener. It is designed for centralized lubrication and provides good extreme-pressure performance, water resistance and pumpability for steel-making and general industrial machinery. Compared with GKL-1-100, the main difference is cartridge capacity: GKL-1-100 is 1000 cm³, while GKL-1-050 is 500 cm³. Both use the same UNILUBE DL grease family, so the grease properties are not changed by cartridge size.
